What You’ll Do

Our SLPs provide play-based, individualized therapy in various settings, including clinics, daycare centers, ABA programs, and community-based locations. Most team members serve a small local region to reduce drive time and support consistency of care.

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct pediatric speech therapy

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Document progress and update goals regularly

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

  • As a Speech-Language Pathologist-owned and operated agency, we understand the unique professional needs of our clinicians. We prioritize your growth and success, offering a supportive environment where you'll receive guidance and collaborate with passionate clinicians. Our low caseloads promote work-life balance, allowing you to focus on delivering quality therapy without the burden of taking work home.

  • SLPAs are expected to maintain a caseload to complete a minimum of 40 (30-minute) sessions per week.

  • SLPAs are paid per 30-minute session. We're proud to say that we offer very competitive rates!

  • Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) are expected to complete their reports within one week for evaluations. Documentation should be completed within two business days for regular therapy sessions.

  • Absolutely! Thrive provides significant opportunities for career advancement and specialization. We support clinicians at all stages, from SLPA to Clinical Fellow to aspiring Clinical Directors.

    We also encourage team members to develop expertise in areas of interest, such as AAC, feeding, or early intervention. We offer and share resources and guidance to facilitate skill development and build confidence in these specialized areas.

  • All clinicians have their own offices! We want you to have a comfortable, private space to work, plan, and provide the best care possible.

  • Yes! The ABA centers and daycares we partner with ensure there is a designated space for therapy sessions.

  • Yes! Thrive provides all the therapy materials that you’ll need. Each clinic has a fully stocked storage closet with various toys, games, and tools to support your sessions. We also provide all necessary assessments for our Speech Language Pathologists, so you’ll have everything you need to succeed!
